2. What the app does

Depth Lock Screen: Live Clock lets users create and apply depth-style wallpapers, including a clean Home Screen wallpaper and a live Lock Screen wallpaper with customizable clock and depth effects. The app can work with images selected or captured by the user and with online wallpaper content.

3. Photos, images and wallpaper creations

When you choose or capture an image for a wallpaper, the app accesses that image only for the features you request, such as cropping, effects, subject separation, previewing, saving and applying a wallpaper.

• Depth/subject processing for user-selected images is designed to occur on the device.
• User-selected photos are not uploaded to our own developer servers solely for depth segmentation or wallpaper rendering.
• Created wallpapers, masks, previews, settings and recent creations may be stored locally on your device so the app can reopen or apply them later.
• You control which images you choose to use.

4. Photo, camera and storage access

The production app is designed to use Android system pickers or external capture flows where possible. It does not require broad external-storage access merely to select a photo. Access is limited to content that you intentionally choose or create through the relevant system flow.

5. Online wallpapers and network requests

The app may request wallpaper content or related metadata from third-party content providers such as Pixabay. These requests may expose ordinary network information such as your IP address, request metadata and device/network characteristics to the provider. User-selected private photos are not sent to Pixabay for depth processing.

6. Advertising and consent

Free users may see advertising provided through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The app also uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable for consent and privacy choices.

When advertising is enabled and permitted, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices under their own policies and applicable law. Actual Premium subscribers are intended to receive an ad-free experience in the app.

7. Google Play purchases and subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The app may receive purchase-related information necessary to determine entitlement, such as product identifiers, purchase state, purchase token and acknowledgement status.

8. Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots or device details. We use that information to answer your request and troubleshoot issues.

9. Information we do not intentionally require

The app does not require an account to create a wallpaper. We do not intentionally require your contacts, SMS messages, call logs or precise GPS location for the core wallpaper functionality.

10. Third-party services

Depending on feature and build configuration, the app may rely on Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP and online wallpaper/content providers. Those services may independently process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

11. How information is used

• create, preview, save and apply wallpapers;
• restore settings and local creations;
• provide Premium subscription access;
• serve and measure advertising for eligible free users;
• obtain and store privacy/consent choices where required;
• load online wallpaper content when requested; and
• diagnose problems and respond to support requests.

12. Sharing of information

We do not sell your user-selected photos. Information may be processed or shared with service providers only as necessary for the services described above, including Google Play, Google advertising/consent services and online content providers, or where required by law.

13. Data storage, retention and deletion

Wallpaper creations and related working files stored by the app are generally kept on your device until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall the app. Some system backups may be controlled by Android or device settings.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and comply with legal obligations. Third-party providers determine retention for data they process under their own policies.

Because the app does not require a developer-hosted account, there is no developer-hosted account profile to delete. To remove local app content, use available deletion features, clear app storage or uninstall the app. For requests concerning information you sent directly to support, contact us.

14. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the app's architecture, including Android application sandboxing and secure platform APIs. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Children's privacy

The app is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us through support, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

16. International processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own under their own policies and applicable legal safeguards.

17. Your choices

• You choose which photo or image to use.
• You can avoid online wallpapers by using local content.
• You can manage applicable advertising/privacy choices through the app's consent or privacy-options controls where available.
• You can manage subscriptions through Google Play.
• You can delete local creations or remove the app.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its SDKs, legal requirements or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with an updated revision date.
