- include the app version;
- say whether you selected Home, Lock, or Both;
- describe what happened;
- include a screenshot or screen recording if useful; and
- for billing issues, never send card numbers or passwords.
Live Lock Screen activation
Android may require its own live-wallpaper confirmation the first time the Depth live wallpaper is activated or after another live wallpaper has replaced it. Subsequent Depth changes can be applied directly when the app can safely verify that its live wallpaper service remains active.
Home + Lock behavior
When you choose Both, the app is designed to apply a clean static wallpaper to Home and a live Depth wallpaper to Lock. Some manufacturers handle live wallpaper targets differently. If the device cannot maintain that split reliably, the app may report a partial result rather than claiming success.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are purchased, renewed, cancelled and restored through Google Play. Use the app's Restore Purchase option or Google Play subscription management if your purchase is not appearing.
