Terms of Use for Depth Lock Screen: Live Clock.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing through, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Developer and publisher

The app is published under The Language Engine and developed by TENBYTES SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

3. App functionality

The app provides tools for creating, previewing, saving and applying wallpaper compositions, including depth-style subject effects, visual effects, clean Home Screen output and live Lock Screen wallpaper features with customizable clock presentation.

4. Android and device limitations

• The app does not replace Android's actual lock-screen security, system clock, notifications or system controls.
• Android may require a system confirmation screen before a live wallpaper can be activated.
• Some manufacturers may limit whether live wallpaper can be assigned only to Lock Screen or to both Home and Lock Screen.
• The app attempts to preserve the selected target and intended composition but cannot override Android or manufacturer restrictions.

5. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for lawful personal use on supported Android devices.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to use and modify that content and must not use the app to infringe another person's rights.

7. Third-party wallpaper content

The app may retrieve wallpaper content from third-party providers such as Pixabay. Third-party content remains subject to applicable provider terms, licenses and availability.

8. Advertising

The free version may display advertising from third parties such as Google Mobile Ads. Premium entitlement, where available, is intended to remove eligible in-app advertising as described in the app.

9. Premium subscriptions

The app may offer recurring Premium subscriptions through Google Play, including weekly, monthly and yearly plans where offered in your region.

• Prices and billing periods are displayed by Google Play before purchase and may vary by country, currency and taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play using the Google account used for purchase.
• Subscriptions normally renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the next renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play subscription management.
• The app may provide Restore Purchase to query current Play ownership.
• We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• No free trial applies unless Google Play explicitly displays one at the time of purchase.

10. Refunds and billing disputes

Payments are processed by Google Play. Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, payment methods and billing disputes are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.

11. Free and Premium features

We may change which features are available in free or Premium tiers, subject to current paid entitlements and applicable law. Some features depend on internet availability, Google Play services, Android components or third-party services.

12. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or billing mechanisms.
• Do not redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits.
• Do not misrepresent rights in content used through the app.
• Do not abuse third-party content or advertising services.

13. Service availability

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Online features can become unavailable because of network conditions, provider outages, API changes, operating-system changes or third-party restrictions.

15. Third-party services

Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, online wallpaper providers and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every Android device, identical wallpaper behavior across manufacturers, or permanent availability of third-party content.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TENBYTES SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS (PRIVATE) LIMITED and The Language Engine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the app, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

18. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access to online services if use violates these Terms, applicable law, platform requirements or the rights of others.

19. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Depth Lock Screen Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The latest version will be published at this URL with an updated revision date.
